Alina, The forum participants have yet again laid forth the the foundation of yet another failed attempt that the developers want to bring into the game. That while, 'might' bring in some new players to check a 'new feature or update', ultimately does nothing to repair the crumbling player base that has been established.
While yes it is addressed to you (as the official Plarium figure head here), perhaps we could have a 'special guest admin/developer/designer' to address such 'gameplay features",,, BEFORE implementation. This is based on multiple reasons.
1. you do not have the experience we do with such actions and consequences. (IE: test server)
2. Developers/designers, do not see the "gameplay effect", only the analytics or numbers based on those changes. Numbers at the bottom of a spreadsheet do not tell the whole story.
3. There seem to be, atleast to many here, more important issues within the game to be dealt with instead of bring more unwanted content. That has been proven flawed to me, by this thread.
4. The basis of game "balance", should never be uttered forth from any Plarium rep (wether CM, mod, admin etc...). The majority of all improvements within the last 2 years have been solely based on paying customers. Which is not entirely bad in principle, but the game effect is quickly approaching unbearable. Why will paying customers continue to pay when there is no one left to play against?
5. Maybe the new owners need to be contacted to address issues,... And Plariums leveling of positions without feedback, is seemingly in place to keep each deptment/level isolated from eachother within the company and out of touch with the playing public which it claims to benefit....
Hello.
In the future, we plan to launch beta testing of some new big features among our players as well (though, I don't have any exact timeframes when it can be done).
For example, very soon we will launch beta testing of the new game engine among our Sparta players and it shows that we are moving in the direction of the beta testing :)
