Given most long players are dropping out of the game from bordem is it worth starting to share the product roadmap with us?
Even beta games from tiny developers have schedules of planned content releases and updates as to how these are coming.
Plarium communication - zero. In so many ways you need to start valuing your customers and treating us well (or at least at a level your average competitor does).
Its a bit like casinos and slot machines. when the player run out of quarters, you not wanted or of any interest anylonger. So keep quiet, pull that lever and put another quarter on the slot machine.
Up through the years I taken part in many beta's and early access testing of games, and interacted with devs with feedback, bug reports and so on., sometimes my feedback actually lead to changes to the game. WIth Plarium we got a huge
Then a lot of helicopter noises.
I been playing this game for a few years now. And if I compare what happend to Stormfall in terms of development, during that period and compare with other mmos and sucn I play. Just take like ESO, and even SWTOR as example, both free to play. Like nothing of any value happens in Stormfall in terms of development and enhancement of the game. Its all about more stuff to throw cash on. One pay wall after the other. Not even the games I mentioned above that required WAY MORE money to develop than Stormfall did does this, and both got cash shops too.
One of the most complained about things when I started play Stormfall was the ingame chat. Well its still terrible and fubar over 2 years later. and thats just one thing.
Plarium make EA's drive for loot box's seems consumer friendly in comparsion.
I know you can't have the inmates run the asylum. But you don't treat your customers like the red headed stepchild either. Because they will run away, and then you will be all lonesome in your asylum.
At current time we got a wave of.....
And who they leaving behind is no secret....
