Increasing the frequency of discount and including upgrades would be much more likely to increase your profits and make everyone happy and make the game more enjoyable and balanced
but plarium are too short-sighted to see this. All they care about is a fast buck
Hello. Each player chooses on his own what strategy to use while building Fortifications.
Some players are waiting for the discount while others build and upgrade Fortifications gradually.
The Offer on the screenshot you shared is still present in the game and players receive it from time to time. I understand you want to receive it more often and build your defense faster, but Offers are the part of the game where suggestions are accepted less than in other game features :(
