Ive reported several things like this in the past 2 weeks, and Plarium either doesn't get back to me, or bans me from forum for 1 day. Maybe we just stop paying this company?   yes?

Not jumping through hoops to prove your game is disfunctional. 

usually if it looks like you dont have prize look at resouses. They can have 500 sapphire. Really easy to miss that.

I still do not have the Marennon Tournament shoing at all on my game.  What do I have to do to get it?

Yes my cache is cleared, yes I have the latest version and I have no probs on my other castle.

Hello , did you cleaned cache ?

You can also try to uninstall and install again the application plarium play and see if pop up!

In case still doesn't pop up you can contact the support and forward all the details and ask to check it
