I'm not sure, but I will said c) not moving at all.

The reason is the front wheel look not moving, but the rear wheel moving by the backward. It's weird because I never saw a motorcycle having a rear speed.

"A"

It is moving forward sliding as it brakes the dirt from the front of the back tire proves that its moving forward not backwards!

C

The back wheel is spinning backwards, but the front wheel is standing still. So, the bike is not moving at all

As it's a Ducati and judging by the exhaust smoke it's just blown up - which isn't unusual for Ducati (mine did it twice!). I'm saying C - it's not moving forwards or backwards, the front wheel isn't moving, given that the back wheel is blurred to show motion I'd say it's doing a burnout.
