Anastasia, why is the list you are supposedly looking at different from what anybody with access to Oberon's letter and the list of lords and ladies that excelled can see for themselves?  Unfortunately Oberon's letter is cycling out of most peoples mail box and no longer available, BUT I was able to secure evidence from another player in the post above showing THEIR list of lords and ladies ranking data with me in 48th place. Why does the list of lords and ladies show that I placed 48th for EVERYONE TO SEE THAT CHECKS THE STATS FROM OBERONS LETTER WEEKS AFTER THE EVENT ENDED??? the list of lords and ladies shows that I placed 48 TODAY, if you care to actually look at THAT list .  Regardless of what you say, Oberon's letter and the list of lords and ladies are NOT IN AGREEMENT.  How is that possible???  EVERYONE else sees that I placed 48 when they look at the stats and ONLY my letter from Oberon is "correct."  That makes zero sense.

Anastasia, what is the process for a DIFFERENT team to look at the issue with a fresh perspective? The FACT that the list of lords and ladies shows that I placed 48 for EVERYONE on the server to see for themselves (if they looked) should be double checked as this is a MAJOR ISSUE OF INTEGRITY within the game.

The Completed Tournament then sits in our Events tab until we collect the Rewards, at which time the Oberon Message is created .... which could be Days or Weeks later.

So there must be a serious bug in the 'Updating' process if it can create different Ranking positions - It is impossible to finish 48th and 57th in the SAME tournament at precisely the same instant.

We need your assurance that this bug will be identified and fixed and never appear again.

Meanwhile,  Grim has lost out due to a game BUG, so qualifies under ToS to full compensation.

4000 Sappires is barely enough to buy a Mythical Key (which has been made obsolete by Divine equipment btw)

Another screenshot of the ranking data from a player in my league. Notice the time date stamp is different.  ANYBODY/EVERYBODY that looks at the Elite ranking data from Oberon's list of lords and ladies can see I placed 48th.  3 DIFFERENT sources showing the same data. How can Plarium defend what happened in light of the evidence???  Why make a paying customer go to such lengths to prove their case?
