Game  should  be  running Now  tomorrow Compensation will be awarded 

Do you know when it will be awarded...game was unplayable for 4 hours...It has been 2 days and there is nothing yet....

over 24 hours since I posted here and ZERO response from mods or Plarium....what happened to the compensation for not being able to access the game for 4 hours?

Sometimes On Sunday people take a day off it happens  as  we have families and a life outside of the game !

As  the Plarium Office staff had a national holiday they were not able  to award the gift yet it will be made  avalible soon as  they are back in office now.

Cannot login the game after the maintenance, it stops at 99%.

99% since 7:30AM EST! Safe to say, but needless, something went horribly wrong with the "update". 

This is very unfortunate. Server 2 is still unable to log in; This is a loss of a whole day for many of us - I know we always recieve a pentinence gift of a few legendary units and random boosts but a whole day is gone resulting in loss of participation across the leagues doing pve/pvp/tournaments. How is this only affecting 1 server? Please give us an update on when the server will be restored.

Seit etlichen Stunden ist es mir unmöglich ins Spiel auf Server 2 einzuloggen.

Ich hab dadurch nicht nur einen Tag im Spiel verloren, sondern verliere auch langsam die Lust am Spiel.

Ständig irgendwelche Pannen und Probleme - es ist zu Kotzen.

It has been impossible for me to log into the game on server 2 for several hours.

Not only did I lose a day in the game as a result, but I'm also slowly losing interest in the game.

Constantly some glitches and problems - it sucks.

I can't get in since the update either, this shouldn't happen. Besides, it is not for all users, there are some who do not pass 99% charge.

Other users can connect without problems.

I am still unable to connect and without receiving a response to my claim to Plarium Support.

Does anyone know anything about this problem?

It was a much better game with browser play. A fourth of my friends left the game when it went app only. Some can launch the game now and some still have it freezing up at 99%.

14 hours and still the game is on pause :(

Was able to log in this morning, as soon as I tried to log in on server #2 game froze at 99%...made the mistake of trying to log in to server #2 on a different account...game load froze at 99% lost hamlets, lost level V champions....etc what is being done?

Oh no, server maintenance. Same procedure as yesterday???? 😭😂
