The issue is significant, not only was my money taken, but I bought lvl increasers and used them, and they are now gone. As well, my extra build queues were filled with troops and they disappeared hours later. This is brutal. 

i buy the battlepass every month for my cities, so when i get an ingame message saying that the season has ended and i am awarded the resources for the whole month, then i go and purchase the next months battle pass for all my cities and complete 6 levels in each city, then today i get an ingame message again saying the same thing and resources for the one day???? this is your screw up so why can't you fix it. it should be pretty obvious that whoever bought a battlepass yesterday, especially when they already had a march battlepass, was at your suggestion that the season had ended and a new one started so why do we have to jump through hoops to fix your mistake!!!! i mean, who would buy a 1 day battlepass????
