Dear Players,

This is to address the situation with the wrong rewards in one of the tournaments. The numbers were incorrectly stated from the very start, and we very much apologize for this confusion. We had to revert the numbers to the intended state because leaving them as they were would have had a considerable impact on the game balance.

However, we understand that it was a disappointing mistake on our side that’s why we’ve sent out a compensation package to EVERY PLAYER to make up for this situation.

Elias ... the forum moderators have destroyed the forums.

When we had issues with players being force migrated to the test servers, back when flash was ending, only half the players were moved. This created disbalance as the people forced to move to the new servers were not able to play at all.

When hedgemons complained here, instead of forwarding their issues to the powers that be, moderators decided we were attacking them and attacking palarium policy. Moderators banned most the hedges from the forums.

The only way to appeal these actions and permanent forum bans was to send a personal message to the community manager.  Only our community manager has told us she does not read personal messages as she does not make the time.  She looks after all forums from all games and is not willing to do her job here.  She logs in once a week at best, and ignores most posts.  If we get a reply it is a pre-written message that has nothing to do with our concerns.

The only moderator that has taken any interest in fixing the damage done by previous moderators and the community manager was morteee .... and she has given up on this disaster of a forum.

We do not want to kill the messenger..... we want responsible messengers that do their job and do not try to mute us, ban us from the forums for speaking out for our clan members, and take our concerns to the people that can help us, not erase our posts.

We need a community manager that reads personal messages and fixes the mistakes made by people like you.  That plays the game they are supposed to be answering questions about and that log in more than once a week. 

This is not an unreasonable request for our forum moderators and community manager.

We used to have players that assisted in the forums, answered questions, and shared tricks and stratigies.

We used to have ask a dev - where people with real answers gave information.

We used to have community managers that loged daily and communicated with us.

All this is gone - mostly due to actions of our community manager, and moderators.   Of course we are angry with you and your behaviours. 

We need the forums to be restored back to what they used to be.  We need a community manager or devs that know/play the game and will take the time to answer our questions.

We need the people you banned back in the forums - the helpful players that know the game and hedge the top 30 coalitions - somehow you need to convince them to return to the forums.

We need moderators and managers that will take our complaints and concerns to the people that need to hear about them.  We need moderators that do their job instead of erasing any posts that are critical of palarium activities and policies and issue forum bans to these important and helpful people.

We need morteee back to continue to try and fix the bans that were improperly given to Sparta players that contributed here.  And to represent us to the people that need to hear what we have to say.

Speaking of the game balance, it would have cost us everything, Archon. And we would never risk it. 

You don't fix an already broken game by making it worse. You are suppose to make it better. 

Giving people a worthless package for your own mistake and telling people you are sorry for a technical difficulty they experienced that was caused by Plarium isn't an apology.
