actually i am glad you say that because everytime i have reported something since january i have been told is my fault that plarium goes well, here and to my vip agent. ( i stil remember reporting an issue that all beta players had, and had to be proving info myself hours to mr pavel or whatever agent that day was that it had nothing to do with cache and rest of standard answer given, because he had no intention to look for the problem, till a mod sid there was a problem, he did not even look, after that 3 mionutes and it worked ) please keep in mind that not everyone has the patiente to deal all that and not everyone speaks english
there is a massive list or errors reported since january that had not been resolved till today. i am a customer, a player, i come to play not to constantly repeat things, don't you think?
support team answer is basically clean cache, clean cookies, then haar file (that by experience after several years nothing comes back, standard answer, plarium goes well, noone complains, so its always our fault, even if all we have the same issue and only with plarium, but here it comes the wall we always meet when talking with plarium, here and in the game), then the latests everytime something goes wrong, instal and uninstall the app... unbelievable
So alina, what about if developers began to work with all the issues presented instead of basically ignoring them, and a basic suggestion, i have seem mr pavel answering in english, questions made to him in spanish and french and other languages. since the moment plarium provides a game in different languages, it has to provide a support team in that languages and never ever in a public forum you discuss game issues where enemies can take advantage of it. never ever i have seen that abomination in this kind of strategy games in 12 years
