Saying such units are only for VIP members is incorrect.  That initially was correct but I've found them in various offered packages.  Just look & buy when available.  That's how I got some.

Also other Elites such as Elite Legates too.

What would you like to know?

I would like to know why I now have stats for an elite macedonian cavaly in my Pellas agreement.

Hace tiempo, la verdad que no recuerdo cuando fue, pusieron las 2 imágenes en la ventana de los acuerdos. Realmente que aparezcan en esa ventana no quiere decir nada, cuando mejoras un acuerdo esto afecta a todas las unidades con ese nombre y esto que recuerde es desde siempre.

Some time ago, I don't really remember when it was, they put the 2 images in the window of the agreements. Actually the fact that they appear in that window does not mean anything, when you improve an agreement it affects all the units with that name and as far as I remember this has always been the case.

Elias is correct, agreement boosts are applied to all types of the unit
