It is impossible for the game to work well, without fixing the current bugs they continue to add more and more new things that make it work worse every day, I just started the game and I had to close this guardian window 3 times in a few minutes, it is very uncomfortable and annoying, plarium do not harass us with sales windows, it is a free game, whoever is interested in buying can enter the area of sale packages, it is really annoying that the game has 1000 bugs and forces you to restart the game every few minutes and on top of having to close a lot of hateful sales windows every time you restart it.

Fixed what exactly? As nothing is ever fixed in this game and every "supposed" fix, update, alteration, removal or addition to the game only ever creates more of the same or new problems.

Lag and latency is the cause of all most all problems and yet though plarium has literally driven tens of thousands of players and thousands of coas from the game and thus should reduce any and all possible strain upon the servers, the lag and latency and the endless problems they cause only continue to grow and to get worse. 

Which is coupled by plariums' insistence upon only ever increasing the strain on the players systems and internet connections with the constant changes and additions, which despite plariums claims no one in their right mind ever asked for,  and for which plariums standard response to is its the "players" fault who need to update and buy a better system and internet connection. 

Well I bought a new computer and a 1G upload/download internet connection and the lag and latency problems have only got worse ever since, so please do explain?

Just this weekend...

Playing Persians and for the last 15 camps I took down no general items were awarded and for which refreshing, clearing the cache, forcing by End Tasking the app and client and restarting the app an endless number of times did not fix, which makes it a little hard to upgrade my existing general items

While amid and trying to send reinforcements all my light defensive units in my city and acropolis simply  "magically" disappeared, poof, gone! And it took not one, but two refreshes before they "magically" reappeared, though about a 100K are sill missing!

...and the total strength counter does not work, refresh....and the gladiator does not work, refresh... and switch general items and it fails to work, refresh...and raid but the galley trick fails to work, refresh... and PA, attack or defend against anything and the results will not show ... and "The Gods are Meddling" are for umpteenth time until, and you guessed it, I refresh and refresh over and over just to try start andthen  play the game.

Therefore I suggest plarium create a new event where the players earn point and rewards for every time they have to refresh and restart the game

And my appreciation and thanks to the Moderators here for trying to get us all answers and taking on the thankless task of being the "go-between" for the players and their coas, especially since plarium support itself refuses to respond to 99% of all players direct inquiries and for which you are lucky to even get an automated response acknowledging your inquiry.

You forget when you send a pa but the game did not refresh the bubble of the city and all the pa are lost xD can spend hours and if you do not refresh the game you will not see the bubble in that city.

Also when a city changes location you will not see its new location until you reload the game.

Hello everyone! We were facing login issues in several of Plarium´s games and servers. Now it is solved.

YaviZ, there is simply not enough space here or time to list all the things that continuously fail to work correctly in this so-called game without having to refresh, clear the cache, End Task the app and client, restart and/or reinstall the app and upon doing so only to find other and more things not working correctly requiring another refresh, clearing of the cache, etc, etc.... and that have cost us players tens of thousands of hours wasted, hundreds of thousands of resources lost or wasted, hundreds of thousands troops lost or wasted and tens of thousands of boosts wasted.

And does plarium care, do anything about any of it or fairly compensate the players? No, plarium either says and does nothing about any of it or only blames and faults the players.

So the logging in problem which plarium caused has been fixed after a week or so. Great, now when is plarium going to fix the game so that it actually works after you login in to be able to actually play it and enjoy it and without risking losing everything you have due to the endless lag, bugs and glitches?

has the log in issue resolved for you now? I am getting in fine but I realise that might not be the case for everyone 

some problems but fine, but that is one of the many constant problems, players we face daily playing. we are active players trying to get the attention of Plarium to improve the game, not add more useless troops or repetitive actions like if we were in FarmVille, improve what you have before you add more and more...

The game is always like this, you cannot enter and when you can enter there are thousands of errors and bugs, for each action you want to perform there is a bug and I am talking about bugs that have a lifetime. Why instead of adding and adding more boring stuff, don't they fix all these bugs? Because whenever you add something it brings other errors with it.

Unfortunately plarium programmers are not skilled enough to create the game without errors, but they are capable of adding new content regardless of bugs, if this game were in the hands of a capable platform like steam ... the word bug would not exist.

I think it would be fun to create a new thread where to add all the errors that we know ...

Probably plarium will never solve them, but it would be the evidence of the large number of errors that the game has.

Errors that in addition to having to refresh the game a thousand times every day, I am sure that it has caused us all on many occasions to lose objects or units.

And the nonstop daily bugs & problems never ends ...

Yes... In that case, was a problem from Facebook side and we had to wait until they solve it. Fortunately, the issue was solve during the weekend. 

Plarium.com didn't face the issue :)

Yes... we have been facing lags plus log in problems. I have been playing smoothly last week, I hope devs can definitely solve the issues. 

We can only hope.

As players, we are facing the same problems you guys are facing. The only thing we can do is to deliver the problem for it to be solved as fast as we can, so we appreciate the quick information :)
