People cant win in Cobra without loost at least 20% of its forces. Its not like regular S&D so i will not do Cobra anymore. Waste of time and Waste of money and waste of forces, if that is balance, i am sure imbalance just entered the whole game.

I believe it is your duty and responsibility to compensate all players for the damage inflicted on the economic level at least by restoring all those troops lost due to your lack of notice. what was changed i don't see anything showing what was changed only that you had changed the units it would be nice to see the changes in a Document and then time unitil its launched 

i lost lots of troops due to this it makes me wonder what other changes are being done without any notice at all
