First test of new Moderator candidates is: Can you follow directions. Posting here instead of directly to the account indicated in the announcement should be an automatic disqualification. Second test should be one for grammar. It would reflect poorly on Plarium if their moderator wrote as if he or she was still in grade school.

On This server since over a year, On Soldiers Inc over 2years, French & English speaking , i am CEO of 3 combines... i have ...taught and help many people to like and play this game for the benefit of the fun of it .. teach them that the priority of it all it's a game and second is Respect each other while having fun. I like to bring up new ideal and strategie and get my team involve in it so they can participate in the chat and to be part of the team work that's what make's a great Team...We help each other has 1 big Family.

Even with main article instructions and three different replies explaining how to apply, people still post their qualifications here in the forum. Amazing. I'm very curious about the delta between the number of idiots posting here and the number who have -only- followed directions.

Last time there was a submit-a-ticket-answer event, quite a few people actually followed instructions...
