Thank you for the details. Fortunately, there are no any bugs here. Yes, some offers can repeat within some time. I agree it looks like a bit strange, that's why we have consulted with the engineers and they confirmed that this is normal behaviour of the Wheel of Fortune. At the same time, they are considering various ideas how to enhance its mechanics in the future.

Fortunately, there are no any issues. Discount for one type of items can continue for a couple of weeks in a line.

Ag. Andrew, I had a similar request on my bases over server. My daily discount opportunities are stuck in the same offer for over a month.
Of course I'd like to spend diamonds on things I need and I tend to think that you'd like me spending those diamonds and buying more. But since discount won't shift I can't get what I need.

Logged in the game, my HL base shows 20% discount on improvements. DL base shows 40% on units.
Trust me, they are both stuck there :)

On one side daily discount on both servers, for my bases, are still showing the same and it's been a month +2 weeks now.
On another side, when you said upcoming sprints, how long your sprints are? Because I'd like to have daily discount rotating as it happens for the rest of the players.
Of course I'd REALLY appreciate if you can get my daily discount, at least, to be stuck in 50% for improvements or base defense while you investigate and resolve the case. Meet me half way while I'm patient

I am afraid I am unable to tell you the date when we receive an update on this situation from our developers.
The process of providing discounts via the generator is quite complicated and several departments are involved. As soon as we receive the investigation results, I will be able to provide you with the information from our devs.

My finale comment This ain't right many of us that Pay to Play are at disadvantage against other Player that are stuck on 80% off discounts generators for Defense and Offense buying Power Missiles,thunderheads etc... this not Right ! uid 184122 / fb1041176414 / Highlands / segment01

Hi Pavel,
1) I totally understand that it's your business behind what we, end users, see as a game. And that mechanism behind diamonds and stuff related to money is quite sensitive.
2) And I also understand that ,the guys in thread, we are in a disadvantage to other players while our discount is stuck.
That being said bearing in mind that dev team could take a while before taking a look and providing a solution, I kindly re-ask to see if there is the possibility (at least) to change my daily discount to 50% defensive construction or 50% improvements. I'm not asking for any free stuff, just let me spend the diamonds I bought where I want to spend them and buy more. Which is related to point #1, you making money out of this and 2) me playing and putting money in the game.
Thanks for your time, looking forwards a positive response from Plarium on this matter.

Daily discount still showing the same discount. Please provide a solution for this. I've suggested alternatives to make me feel this matters to you.
Two weeks went by since I raised this claim, my first post was closed and had to move here. Still facing this issue.
Do reach out internally and provide a solution, now as a customer I ask for a solution on your side. Patience time was enough.
