I downloaded this game from the Apple Store when it made it's debut and was immediately addicted. From the game's strategy to it's clean simple graphics, I was glued to my phone for hours that day and every day since. What I liked the most however, and what has kept my interest for this long, is quite simply the players themselves. The people I have met in this game have become family. They are for the most part, good-hearted and kind people. People who I have enjoyed playing alongside and at times against. These people are the heart and soul of Soldiers Inc. Without them, the game would cease to exist, a definite tragedy to both SI enthusiasts and Plarium alike. I know there are players who spend and ones who do not. I am one of the players who have spent in the thousands of dollars range....and unfortunately LOST in the thousands. All because of a basic cheat/hack, whether initiated by Plarium or not, is now being overlooked by Plarium. We are encouraged to "report" any of these accounts when found, basically being asked to do someone's job they are being paid to do (by the player's who coin none the less), with ZERO concern or help by the so called moderators in the game. I do not wish to point any fingers at Plarium in regards to creating these accounts in a so called effort to pick our pockets; but I do hope to gain some reimbursement from Plarium by this apparent defect in the game's programming. First, with 10 million in power of units lost, being replaced by Plarium themselves to my account. I bought this power, and the dynamics of the game's internal workings allowed for a newbie account to generate enough force (especially when repeated by creating multiple duplicate accounts), and then those accounts all hitting me and others at once. Secondly, as much as a higher level can not hit a lower level per the game's set restrictions, the same should apply in reverse. Lower levels should be blocked from hitting higher levels. This restriction, if built into the game's UI, would aide in the apparent gross neglect and breaking of Plarium's USER AGREEMENT; something of which I can see would be difficult to completely annihilate. Regardless of who is behind these multiple accounts and their motives, Plarium could easily give the required amount of diamonds to revive the units lost per an individual basis. I for one, have screenshots of what power and unit specific loss I suffered by these hackers and the game's lack of safeguarding against such hacking. Other players I have talked to have screenshots as well. Plarium; will you reimburse myself and these players or will you choose to lose thousands of future spent dollars by the loss of such players and chance the certain loss in credibility as a fair "Pay to Play" mobile game? I hope you choose to reimburse and retain your most valuable assets, and that's the players themselves.
Sincerely disappointed,
