Plarium if this is not You then fix this cheat or the game is junk!  How you say?

1. Start following your own rules about multi accounts. Ip or MAC address can followed.

2. Don't allow new bases with 3 day bubble to hold more then a fully researched bunker can 100k

3. I am certain others have idea's....

I agree that Plarium is either the culprit or allowing this to make us spend more money.

Just FYI. Noob bubbles can be attacked by other noob bubbles but is this really what the game is supposed to be about now?

Plarium, I understand your mission is to increase revenue and profits to the owners. Plarium, I understand your mission is to increase revenue and profits to the owners. However, is this the way to do it? Allow other players to violate the rules only to since it benefits your short term bottom line goals?! Well, retaining satisfied players is the only way to ensure long term profitability and sustainable client base. Please respect your users, investigate and enforce your own rules. Until you do so we shall not spend additional money in your game. However, is this the way to do it? unbelievable that a company as large as Plarium allows this to happen. As they know LoW members have spent thousands upon thousands while enjoying this game. But that was up until this past Sunday.  It's one thing to be beaten by a hard working alliance trying to dethrone #1. But to be attacked hundreds of times by a new low ranked alliance of alternate accounts is just  thievery.  And one can only come to the conclusion that either Plarium themselves arranged this, or have done nothing to stop it.  Everyone playing this game has opened a support ticket at least once. To get nothing but a generic response and no action taken. No other business or large company can get away with this poor costumer support, so why does Plarium?  I also vow not to spend another dollar on this game until we get an answer that these issues have been resolved.

I decided to not have an alt ID. I guess that puts me at a disadvantage. Playing by the rules makes sense only if others do. This is a great example of the "tragedy of the commons."

Yes, that is spit in face of good and honor players. But all done to spend money in this Ugly way not doing your job administrating your own game product, that is spit in face of your customers.

Agree w/ Sizz & Meathead. There are so many Russian alt farms it it is insane. Been doing it for months. One farm I counted 30 bases all stacked together like some crazed OCD problem. Their system of recent server disruption andobvious purpose is discerning to the game for many of us. We cannot play a cheated game from seemingly Plarium advantages. They do nothing about reports of alt farms. Nothing.

Plarium,

I downloaded this game from the Apple Store when it made it's debut and was immediately addicted. From the game's strategy to it's clean simple graphics, I was glued to my phone for hours that day and every day since. What I liked the most however, and what has kept my interest for this long, is quite simply the players themselves. The people I have met in this game have become family. They are for the most part, good-hearted and kind people. People who I have enjoyed playing alongside and at times against. These people are the heart and soul of Soldiers Inc. Without them, the game would cease to exist, a definite tragedy to both SI enthusiasts and Plarium alike. I know there are players who spend and ones who do not. I am one of the players who have spent in the thousands of dollars range....and unfortunately LOST in the thousands. All because of a basic cheat/hack, whether initiated by Plarium or not, is now being overlooked by Plarium. We are encouraged to "report" any of these accounts when found, basically being asked to do someone's job they are being paid to do (by the player's who coin none the less), with ZERO concern or help by the so called moderators in the game. I do not wish to point any fingers at Plarium in regards to creating these accounts in a so called effort to pick our pockets; but I do hope to gain some reimbursement from Plarium by this apparent defect in the game's programming. First, with 10 million in power of units lost, being replaced by Plarium themselves to my account. I bought this power, and the dynamics of the game's internal workings allowed for a newbie account to generate enough force (especially when repeated by creating multiple duplicate accounts), and then those accounts all hitting me and others at once. Secondly, as much as a higher level can not hit a lower level per the game's set restrictions, the same should apply in reverse. Lower levels should be blocked from hitting higher levels. This restriction, if built into the game's UI, would aide in the apparent gross neglect and breaking of Plarium's USER AGREEMENT; something of which I can see would be difficult to completely annihilate. Regardless of who is behind these multiple accounts and their motives, Plarium could easily give the required amount of diamonds to revive the units lost per an individual basis. I for one, have screenshots of what power and unit specific loss I suffered by these hackers and the game's lack of safeguarding against such hacking. Other players I have talked to have screenshots as well. Plarium; will you reimburse myself and these players or will you choose to lose thousands of future spent dollars by the loss of such players and chance the certain loss in credibility as a fair "Pay to Play" mobile game? I hope you choose to reimburse and retain your most valuable assets, and that's the players themselves.

Sincerely disappointed,
EverPlus [LoW] member and Soldiers Inc enthusiast

Commanders, Plarium administration don't affect the gameplay and don't interact with players. Some players create different strategies in order to succeed. If you find some suspicious accounts, please report them to our Support team so they can check them. However, if players don't violate our rules, all strategic moves fall under normal gameplay.

It's a war strategy, you can always create some new ways to reach your goals! :)

So I guess we all need to follow the new Methodology of the Farmers Folks. Heck if you think about that method of building troops with Ops you spend $0 dollars on It and you can produce 5-7mil troop power every 2 weeks. If PLARIUM wants that kind of game play that generates no $ for them we should ignore the tutorials that taught us how to play and use the no cost route. It isn't as fun but you don't have to spend any money at least.

They won't do anything about that. You can only show them how it feels like when no more money is coming in. Maybe i play the farm method now too

This game is pretty bad now. Have probably dropped near $30k into the game. But now am going to stop spending and am finding it hard to find it enjoyable anymore when level 37 bases start tuning out 200k marines and 50k grenadiers every couple days. There is no defense against that if you have researched higher tech then mech infrantry and above. Except to combat exploiters by making alt bases and exploiting yourself.

The packs are not even that good for how much you spend anyway. The pack contents for the amount of money is pathetically meager.

Commanders, it's true that it's not allowed to create alternative accounts according to our Policies. However, some players do violate the rules, that's why we ask players to report suspicious accounts to our Support team so they can take appropriate measures. Цe would really appreaciate your cooperation at this point.

Moreover, at the moment we're working on algorythm, which can prevent such violations in general.

As for players with huge armies, can you please provide me with coordinates of suspected players so we can check these accounts on our end? Thank you.
