Because not even 4 billion defense is enough with good grade 5 defense mercenaries.....

Still very unbalanced.
Why no updates to improve defenses of alliance sites?
Lazy developers can't code or design anymore because microtransactions and the easy money has made them complacent and lazy. Lacking motivation, innovation and professionalism.
