This seems to be a general issue with the browser version currently. I have the same problem. Since this has been going on for hours and doubtlessly been reported over and over, I'd expect some public feedback from tech support here. At least a short announcement that you are working on the issue would be nice.
Until further notice from here, I will not bother to uninstall, redownload and reinstall the plarium client on the vague hope that it might help. This can't be the "solution" for a general tech problem Plarium obviously created by releasing some half-baked update again. I'll check back in a few hours to see if it works again. If it doesn't by tomorrow evening I will uninstall, but I'll think twice whether I should bother to reinstall.
Ditto - only problem is now when I try to reinstall I'm told 'No internet connection' (which is odd - being online as I type - obviously) running at 50 mbps atm.
this is the problem im having, if you change your vpn it works but i dont want to have my computer running on a different vpn 24/7 as i do alot of toher stuff while playing raid... did you ever end up getting it fixed?
im just constantly stuck on "loading server configs" "waiting for response" until it goes to connection error, "server connection failed, check your internet connection and try again, if you continue to experience this error, please restart the game."
i have completely uninstalled and reinstalled plarium play and nothing seems to work. emailing with the support team for raid the only solution they can give me is to use a vpn changer. so i installed turbo vpn and it is letting me log in finally, the problem i have now i cant run my whole computer with a vpn changer running the whole time. it slows down my computer too much. anyone else expereince this same issue and found a solution? i enjoy the game and i want to play on the plarium play not blue stacks or any other 3rd party client as they are too laggy and ugly.
