Failed to load resources 61 out of 64

I installed this game last night, linked it to my Facebook account, and played through all the way to the first dragon. Suddenly I was disconnected,  asked to re login, and when loading it sticks on 61/64, sometimes asks me to relogin, sometimes not. I have tried clearing the cache, clearing the data and completely reinstalling to no avail. When I clear data or reinstall, it makes it all the way through the 1.4 GB of Downloads , then sticks on the same 61/64. If I choose the click here instead of log in, I can get through the intro again and tutorial,  then disconnect and right back to 61/64. I tried making an account and username through this forum and used that to login, same intro then fail to 61/64. Is this an account related issue ?

I have the same Issue and no it's not my Connection. Have Galaxy S9 and tried with WLAN and LTE and Galaxy S9+ Cubot. 

I try to load my FB linked Account. I Start this Account in Beta Phase / Test Phase.  :(

Galaxy S9+ here. Same issue. I get through the tutorial, forces me to log out and back in. It hits 61/64, and it keeps "downloading packages" 1 -100% really fast about 30 more times, then it hangs on 0% 61/64 for 30 seconds, then asks me to log in again.

Same thing is happening to me. I have a note 9 none of my other apps have any problems. I've uninstalled the game cleared cache and data and same issues persists. Their support teams keeps saying its problem with my internet but I've never had a issue except for this game

I'm willing to bet it's a Samsung issue. That seems to be the recurring theme in here

Ok,i can play with Cubot Max,with Gakaxy S5. Cant play with Galaxy S9. Is this Galaxy S9 Issue or Android 9?

Cubot have Android 8

Galaxy S5 have Android 8

Galaxy S9 have Android 9

The fix is to give up. The developer doesn't care enough to respond to forums or support tickets. 


This thread is 2 weeks old, and the only response from the company has been 


"Check your internet"

I have the same issue playing with Samsung Galaxy S7.


So it seems a kind of Samsung incompatibility.


Uninstall and forget, as it seems nobody in Plarium cares about it.

I've been trying to figure this out for the last week.  I have a Samsung Note 8.  I have all the symptoms as posted above.  I've tried linking my FB account failed at 61/61(always after first time playing it). I've tried creating a Plarium account thinking that was the issue, same failure.  I've cleared Cache, cleared Data, Uninstalled, Force Stopped in every combination imaginable.  Always fails after first load and stops at the 61/64...  Internet connection is by far not the issue.


What's sad is 3 of my friends who have literally invested a couple thousand a piece in the current game we were trying to migrate from and they will not spend a dollar on this one unless I can play.  We move from game to game with each other every few years....They've just about lost interest due to no attention in fixing this issue.  I'm making a last attempt to try for a fix before we find something else.

From what I can assess, Samsung preloads their devices with gaming enhancement bloatware. Things that screengrab, change resolutions, allow vid recording, ect. I'm thinking that this is a conflict with that bloatware. The game is attempting to load a package, but it's conflicting with Samsung's proprietary software. So this issue is most likely going to require working with Samsung developers to diagnose and patch.


Buckle up Samsung users. It's gonna be a long ride.

Has anyone figured out how to fix this yet? Member of my Clan has the same problem. "Problem loading resources." He also has a Samsung. Reinstalled the game and everything. Clearly his internet is fine if he can download the game lol. So what's the solution here?

I'm also getting the same error, they emailed me back and just said make sure you have enough memory... lolol obviously thats not the issue but I'm here for any updates anyone has on the game! Would actually like to play it lol

Not sure if anyone has looked at this, but I have the exact same issue only with an iPhone. I have spent 415$+ in the past 30 days with this app, and i can't even get in.


I have posted to reddit, entered a ticket, and posted on discord. IDK what else to do.... I really feel like I wasted the money.....

You and me both.. can't play.  Played last night before update.  Spent lots of money. Would like to play
