Ban account

I have tried for more than 2 hours to enter my account to collect my daily rewards, and battle pass and I have not been able to enter and now it turns out that I appear to have been banned.

"account is temporarily locked due to technical issues"

Thus they reward the players who have invested our time and money to play their game.

Yes I just got hit with the same ban due to technical issues then tried again and got logged on like it was a new account not sure what is going on

i have the same issue just got banned for no reason

Same thing here. Only my limit is 13 Feb 9:41 PM ... It makes no sense.

I also got banned due to technical issues. I reset my password and all my toons are gone.

Same here, after we spent money on battle pass and all. Hopefully this is some kind of bug. No response from support yet,most likely not going to get one.

13+ hours later, I still can’t login because I am “banned”.  This is absolutely unbelievable!  I buy the battle pass & get “banned”.  When is this going to be fixed???

I open a support incident and get an automated reply.  No resolution.  No estimated time to fix the issue...nothing. 

If I didn’t spend anything on this game, I would be fine with this outage—but after spending a couple hundred dollars I’m really frustrated with the level of support and lack of communication.

Come on Plarium get your act together!

Thus is totally unacceptable. Plarium bait us to play daily. But on the day which new features are first released, it banner us from playing. Not providing any reasons, and no response after filing tickets. For us small players who spent some money but not a huge amount, Plarium treat us like dirty. They give their favorite youtubers legendary of their choice just to bait more people to play. And if you don't pay enough, they just ignore you. This is utterly shameful.

After huge problems after the installation of the update yesterday and the loss of two CB-keys, I tried to log into my account this morning. Initially it worked but out of a sudden a notice appeared telling me my account was blocked "due to technical issues". And that for one whole day! This means neither dailys nor CB-attacks .... will be possible. I lead a clan which I can't manage during the blockage.


I send a ticket without having gotten any reaction so far.


I expect a quick solution from Plarium and an according compensation.


Even though I am not a high-payer, I still have invested quite a lot of money in my account. Such players should also be taken seriously by Plarium - we as well pay your bills!


And in comparison with the upper 300 we form the base of your players!


Please take us serious and keep working on improving your performance, so that we get what we paid for...

I got banned too due to this stupid technical issue!! we have a tournament running and we are banned and for some of us battle pass is still running as well.. such a minor patch and u guys can messed up so badly.. seriously

I also just received the same ban out of nowhere!! I have only been playing since September and only one account. Why is this happening. I put hard earned money into this game to get randomly banned for playing???? Pretty upset, this WAS the best mobile game ever until now. No response from anyone nor explanation!!!

Hello i experience  same us ur problem ... Why my acct is banned , i play this game  properly but u banned me .. i started to log inn . And i feel angry what u did plarium management....u started my acct . Lvl 1 start from the beginning  common ur playing me fool... I have my screenshot  i used it to broadcast what u did ... I invited more friend to play this game but now what u did  plarium mnagement  is unfair ..

I actually do have the same problem as well.

I dont know how the jurisdiction in your country handles a case like that, but here in germany  I can reclaim the payments i have made for 180 days, if the party doesnt stick to the service I have paid for.

I hereby declare, that i am going to take back every single cent spent during the last six months, if this is not going to be solved with a reparation.

On a normal day I wouldnt give a fuss about it, but I dont pay 43€ for a feature, which eliminates me from gaming instead of bringing me forward.

I am missing loot from the Clanboss, dungeons and the campaign.

There is going to be loot in my post which is going to vanish, I cant level up the champs in the sparring pit, the arena is going to punish my absence.

Log out of game, close and restart.  When you start game again, it will notice your previous account information and ask if you wish to log into the older account to resume your game.


The technical issue concerning the ban is likely server side, has nothing to do with if you bought anything or not. It is more likely that something wrong was detected with the accounts and we were temp banned in order to protect our account data while they fix things, otherwise we could actually lose our accounts, heroes, items, ect...


Yes, I got banned too.  Free to play user, no purchases, lvl 58. Still no legendaries... and a clan deputy.  Keep your heads on straight, be patient, they are working on the problem.



In most instances, minor glitches can be cleared up by exiting the game, force stop the game process, clear the cache, and then restart.  This removes any corrupted files that may have recently gotten into the cache and generally clears minor glitches.  


Issues with a missing account? Do as I said before. Log out and then start game again. Must be on the original device. This is not guaranteed to work, but it may save your bacon with a guest, or unregistered account. A better idea is to register your account through plarium so that you will always be able to access it.


As for those of you screaming for somebody to fix your problem right now... personnel capable of this are always limited. The moderators, such as they are, cannot fix in game problems. They simply have no such powers. All they can do is take down the information you give them (hopefully as concisely and correctly as possible) and pass it to the development team.  This is how it works for all mobile app games.  I would know, I was a moderator for some time.  Be patient with them and calmly follow their instructions and things will get worked out.

Things will be worked out all alone after the ban period. It is a one-day-ban, so honestly: nobody is going to move mountains for an error which is going to eliminate itself after a day.

My ban was supposed to end 2/15 around 3:30 a.m.. Checked earlier and they have added a day now it doesn't end til 2/16 around 4 a.m.. Anyone else had time added.
