Hi, I have troubles with entering the game after the update. Instead of loading screen I just see black screen for a few seconds and than it crashes. (I am back on the main screen of my smartphone).
Sorry to bother, but since we are in the middle of the fusion event, I am a little bit nervous about wasting time.

If you are absolutely sure you have connected your device to Facebook or Plarium ID and know the credentials delete the entire game than do a soft reset of your device.
After that redownload the game files and let it also download all assets while in the game before moving to another screen. That should fix most local issues. If you are not sure if you have connected your account *Do not delete anything* and wait for official support.
I would highly recommend stating your device model, and mobile operating system version so support staff can take a further look.

I have also attempted M663’s troubleshooting advice. The application still won’t start.

Very strange issue.
My devices seem to be unaffected. I rolled back my game copies by back-up and tried several download attemps all worked on WIFI, VPN, 4G
So I am curious if any other user has a similar experience with the following devices models

Managed to login yesterday (reinstall didn’t help, just logged in at one of attempts), but faced the same issue today.
Please do your best to solve the problem as I have invested a lot of time and some funds to get this event completed. Since it is quite tough and luck-based to some extent, waste even day or two could be crucial for completion.

IPhone 8+ here, also up to date, game also crashes upon opening, a short black screen then takes me to my home screen.
Was going to try to grind for Foli today, real pain to be unable to play a time limited event.

My story here:
I installed Shadow Legends (SL) on my iPhone... I played that a lot... Got connected with FB and I created a Plarium ID (...and connected that with app).
Then I unfortunatelly found myself in a situation installing the game to my iMac !
Since then... on my iPhone this game got started from the very begining.... with some new credentials USER ID xxxx | xxxx and since then, I am STILL not able to login to my own Plarium ID... and retrieve my achievements / progression within the game as when I try to login to my Plarium ID... it just simply replies, I am already logged on somwhere else... although I am not! Because I logged out myslef on iMac already !!
Seems I am coming back to CLASH BRAWL STARS now :)
