I had the exact same "ban" as well. Sent Support ticket, got automated response same as you guys. Mine happened right after I bought the $40 Gold Season pass thing and was in the middle of collecting rewards when I got booted. This 24-hr "ban" will also mean that I miss achieving/collecting my Day 1 Season rewards, for which I would like to be compensated for.
