This issue is also affecting my wife’s account. How can this still be happening? There are tons of people on discord saying about the new update and I can’t even log in to see it for myself. 

Plarium please take a look at my purchase history, and my dedication to a game that has more than its fair share of issues, and get me back in the game please. I don’t wish to look for another game to enjoy, but after three days I am not far from searching for an alternative

Same here. Can connect using phone but not using tablet. So frustrating :-( and looks likes nobody cares.

I am the same, spent money on  this game and now can't access... Really upset and no response from the developers.

Cannot login since yesterday via mobile Internet. every other APP works just fine. I can only play at home via WLAN. I am from austria my ISP is magenta (formally known AS t-mobile) already wrote a support ticket and rot standard copy&paste answer. After that long foli grind i am really upset right now :(

Having issues logging in on pixel 3, uninstalled and reinstalled, says network error but I'm in full LTE.

Anyone get a response on this yet?  I am having the same issue.  Going to be going to work soon so will miss completing my daily's and clan boss battles.

It's not just mobile phones. I am having the same problem and I use an android emulator on my pc. Been getting the connection error window for at least 2 hours now. It's 12:40 pm est.

i agree what the fuck is going on I can't login on anything either this is clearly their fault and need to fix it immediately.

Same here, ipad, iphone, all versions of everything up to date.  LTE/Wifi, doesn't matter can't login.

Wonder if their down time has anything to do with the massive DDOS attack going on with WoW and WoW classic. Can't get on to any of my games! Lol.

Re-login loop has been a problem for me for few hours now. I've updated the app, cleared cache, checked my connection and still I can't open raid. This was already an issue when game first came out. Fix it fast.

This is a screen shot of the error I am receiving while playing on a android emulator. I have received the same message on my phone and on several other emulators. All internet connections are good. I have tried changing ip addresses as some have suggested. I have hard reset my computer. I have cleaned back logs. I have  attempted most know problem solving techniques that were provided in the past, yet still I am having this issue.  I have not linked my game with a plarium account but do have it linked with my facebook.  Time of screen shot 130 EST

Mine has said the exact same thing all day long. I've tried everything. I really hope they can keep all of my stuff...worked waaaayyyy too hard on acquiring it in the first place!

I too have the same error and it’s been happening all day. I’ve heard it’s related to Verizon customers but no official response.

Going on day 2 of not being able to connect via mobile data. Work on a secure base without wifi and not able to play.

Just received and email from them stating the issue has been fixed, but I feel as though they really aren't understanding the issue at all. I keep getting these default emails telling me to try other avenues. PLARIUM....it's a data issue. We all know that we can get in when we're on WiFi...that's stupid. Make it to where we can play over mobile data. Something with your update has caused that to be an issue.

The exact same problem for me also.


Same problem and same error, can't log in so can't play the game. Really bad tech support that's for sure...
