I have opened multiple tickets with support, but have gotten nothing but automated responses. I purchased a bonus pack on 12/7 before the event ended and never received my items. Here it is now 4 days later and I still have not received them, this is a bit absurd.

The tIckets are 1355260 and 1345287, please escalate this! A screenshot of the transaction clearing is in the ticket.
