The thing is that the way App Store sends notifications to us does not always match with the way we receive them. That is why your Pass payment from April 26 was not reflected in our database. Unfortunately, we cannot affect this issue, as the reason is on the side of the App Store.
Thus, I recommend that you try doing the following:
1. Go to the Settings of your device – General – Restrictions – check if the In-App purchases are ON.
2. Confirm your Apple ID in your device's Settings menu:
- Close the game.
- Log out from the AppStore (device Settings -> iTunes & AppStore).
- Launch the game and check if the Pass has been extended for the next month.
3. Reinstall the game and then check if the Pass has been extended (just make sure to save your progress before reinstalling).
In case these steps do not help, I suggest contacting App Store and asking them for the refund of your April Pass payment. As I have said, unfortunately, we cannot resolve the issue from our side.

How can you be so sure that i wont be ignored at this point? I was waiting like umm near 2 weeks for reply on my issue and i was having 2nd toughs that im just being ignored or even worse, ive been maybe blocked out.
Anyway ive sent out also refund request (ticket 760511) because ive been waiting for 2 months to get my refund and im having like decisions and suggestions to take this thing to court and also forcely make you pay back via my bank, its a fraud. Thats what my lawyer and my bank told me, after ignoring me for weeks and weeks.

Get in touch how I have been waiting over a week for some support this game is a complete joke and the customer service does not meet my expectations all my purchases I have made I have a raid pass I cant access game right now I want a refund of my purchases and I will be contacting Google play regarding this as there is absolutely no response from the game developer so I will go through them absolutely DISGUSTING game support you lost a customer here

I expect a refund. I’m done with your money grabbing rng system. I have posted complaints on the last 8 boosted summons(or more). 3 of which had characters iv wanted since the game came out so outside of all the time I put into this game I foolishly put an absurd amount of money on as well. 416 ancient shard, 46 void shards, and 6 ancients later I’ve gotten 1 leg champ and 3 new epics(spanned over around 7 of the last boosted summons events). The rest have all been duplicates. There is no clause or excuse that u can give me that makes that alright. Especially nothing worse than to have that many sacred shards saved up from my monthly grabs to get a duplicate epic. I have more than several photos illustrating what iv received during my mass summonings on boosteds. I do not expect to be handed the best champs in the game constantly. But atleast more than one new character I can actually use out of all of that I don’t think is too much to ask. Seriously go through my coding or whatever u have to do to see that what I say isn’t bs and I need compensated.
