I also purchased a package and did not receive it. I contacted Plarium customer support and reported the problem simply requesting the package I paid for. So far I am VERY unimpressed with customer service.
It took them 2 days until they finally responded. They requested a screenshot of my apple bill...problem is I had already included the screenshot in the initial contact. I complied anyway and submitted another screenshot, that was 3 days ago and I have not heard any word from them. Not even a message like “Hey we are still working on the issue”....nothing! Buyer beware!
