I also purchased a package and did not receive it. I contacted Plarium customer support and reported the problem simply requesting the package I paid for. So far I am VERY unimpressed with customer service.
It took them 2 days until they finally responded. They requested a screenshot of my apple bill...problem is I had already included the screenshot in the initial contact. I complied anyway and submitted another screenshot, that was 3 days ago and I have not heard any word from them. Not even a message like “Hey we are still working on the issue”....nothing! Having the same problem here. I noticed that through progression rewards I was supposed to get an Ancient Shard but didn't but I just ignored it, but then I bought the Rookie Pack (cause it's $1usd) and once again didn't receive it. Already sent them a ticket about it with screenshots of receipt. Hopefully it's just an April Fool's joke.

Gem to sliver purchase, never completed. 140 gem for silver. First in game test to decide if I'll use real cash. Concerned.... I'll be looking to see if this is resolved. Interesting game, but.... these issues should 't be a problem

I purchased a pack as well and didn’t get it. Submitted my first support ticket 5 days ago, they closed it without resolving. Opened another and responded 1x a few days ago asking for a screenshot, I immediately did it, and now they have gone dark for days. After reading this thread these guys seem pretty sketchy taking money and not delivering the purchase or not resolving it when brought to their attention. It’s akin to stealing from its users. Buyer beware. I encourage everyone to hit their channels encouraging people not to spend with Plarium warning them the same thing could easily happen to them. I can’t believe I was duped into giving a company like this my money - makes me feel pretty stupid.
