The shop tabs are all blank on my main account after the update.

After the last update all the tabs in the shop window are blank. I cannot spend gems nor buy them, I cannot see any offers either. The problem only exists when I am logged in to my main account. If I log in as a new player everything looks fine. 


To verify if this problem is caused by my phone that I am using (galaxy s9), I have installed the game on my pc. When I log in to my main account no shop items are displayed. If I log in as a new player, however, all the shop items are shown. 


Has my account been locked in anyway?

I have the same problem  and have tried the same things with the same results .

I have also tried deleting the game and reinstalling it for no result.

The only difference is that im using a samsung s8+

Can we get info on this?  I was told on Discord early this week that it was known issue and being worked on.  5 days later still nothing.


If you don't want my money fine.  But a week long bug issue?

It looks to me like certain accounts got locked from making further purchases and I am not really sure why. If it was something to do with my phone, pc or any missing files all accounts would would have the shopping window bugged, but they don't. 

I have asked my friend who does not have any problems with the game to log in into my account on his phone and he has the same issue. So, this problem is account specific.

I've contacted the support about the shop items not showing up and:

1) the first response was entirely on a different topic, something about the tournament and that points are being counted, but not shown. Totally irrelevant for my case. 

2) the second was more rational that they we will pass the details to developers, 

Today, someone was on my account as it logged me out twice and the pop-up window stated that the game is being accessed from a different device. 

Later, I logged in back, but I am still waiting for an update. 


All I want to know is if this is actually a bug or if my account is locked from further purchases? Its very strange that it is just my main account and all others are fine.

Mine started right after the half update update last Monday.  I contacted the unofficial OFFICIAL Discord bug reports channel and was immediatly told they were aware of it and working on addressing by either Sezzy, Jonathon or the other US mod.  Then we had the huge tournament issue and everything else.  


Gave it a few days as the other stuff was more pressing.  Contacted the unofficial OFFICIAL Discord again, ignored on several,inquiries.  Came here to find this thread and Marius is ignorring this thread.


Its now been a week and we are ingnored here, ignored on discord.  I havent not been able to buy anything from the shop in a week.  Becauase for some unknown reason our daily shard is tied to the shop, have not been able to collect those.  Now my weekly blue shard is sitting there and guess what?  Can't access it.


No one else has logged into my acct.  My alt I play on same device is okay.  Both have Plarium Id's.  I havent left a negative review, yet.  


Marius, can we get some communication?

Installed the game on the pad and I have exactly the same issue. Anyone else got locked out of the shop?

Sezzy contacted me on Discord.  Had me test a few things but nothing worked.  She said she is reporting the issue.


Just wanted to let you guys know someone finally looked into it.  Now to wait for the backend to be looked at :(

Good thing you were able to find someone to help even of it had to be through a chat app youd think the official forum and in game support would get you somewhere

I’m still having this issue, it’s account based as I installed on a different device and still there.. the new account showed the shops perfectly...


This needs resolution.. but then I am saving loads of money...

Sezzy contacted me as well to test things, but I was convinced that this person is just another player. Anyway, let's hope this gets resolved quickly.
