It's RNG what rewards you get from this dungeon. You aren't guaranteed any particular rewards besides the basic coins.

... what's your question? Are you asking whether Immortal / Eternal Souls are guaranteed as rewards? If so, the answer is no.

It is random what rewards you get from the pool. Just like CB. Just like every other dungeon.

from 5 keys not one i find that hard to belive and i always got one or 2 till today before some patch ?Who said its not  guaranteed i watched all raid vidoes never hear this ?

Those are just what you can get. It's random which you get. You have a 10% chance of the Immortal and like a 4% chance for the Eternal.

The rewards from those stages are random. I am saying that. I guess you aren't required to believe me, but it doesn't change how it works, nor that you will get a random reward each time you play the Fortress.

yea but u always get some scroll and in fw u might not get a 6 star gylpts but u got some of them my point they should remove the red ones of the chance is so low

Same for Spider.... you don't expect to get a ring, an amulet AND a banner every time you run Spider 8, do you?

yea good point this why i was farm 15 but got nothing one team mate of mine just did 3 runs on 15 and got only coins yup that patch u guys did a great job lol

Chances of getting the basic coins are much much much higher. Just like the chances of getting rings on Spider is much higher.

And I'm not "u guys", I just moderate here.

well ill make a ticket then see what they say cuz all week i was get 1 or 2 from each floor now nothing and thats not worth farming my op

I tried to explain the drops for you.... and regret that you're opening a ticket and wasting time over drop rates that are obvious, known, even easily searchable if you are so inclined, and in Krama's thread on the front page of the forums here.

as a neat little bow on this thread:

it would be helpful if in the future before you start arguing with folks - including my fellow moderator -  that you take the time to learn and understand how the drop system in the game works, especially if you've been around Raid for awhile. this would also be better than the time wasting endeavor you're about to embark on, too.

It may have seemed like you were guaranteed to get stones because the first clear on 6,12, and 15 gave a guaranteed stone, for your first clear only. After that it's good luck lol
