Apologies for posting once more when i mentioned that i had posted my final post yesterday. 

I just thought that i had to share this and that it would serve as a conclusive closure to this thread.

It is slightly under 5 minutes to the new Plarium RSL day as i type this.

As one can see from the screenshot linked above and cross referencing https://postimg.cc/JtGsP1KJ , it would seem that the current loss cap is ~25.

During the past few hours, with regular play and refresh, depsite losing 200+ Arena Points, i was able to go from under 3600 points to 3900+ points.

Hence, the conclusion is that 1-Man D. is still very feasible. 

This totally made my day because i can continue to do 1-Man Defences with very minimum switching to a full defence.

I do think we're gonna see a long period of time still where farming remains relatively easy in Gold 5, if there's any difficulty at all. 

That said, Quinn is bang on that we need to get as many medals as we can, now. There's no guarantee how long this will last and what Arena may look like later on. It's also a great time to get prepared if/when the bottom does fall out in Arena, getting champions and teams built, etc.
