Indeed plarium chat needs fixing ... no reason poly and i , both in friend list chatting over plarium getting a montly chat banned over there ...

Happens to him and to me , just for talking with each other when we've both have the other on friend list ......

It happens to me once a month , out of 3 months player , i suspect my next one come by september ...

And we get zero compensation for enduring sur a harsh banning system , that bans friends from chatting too much ...

Edit: yes i getting slightly angry when i cant chat with my only raid friend ... 

Heck out of the 3 plarium bans i got , dthorne and harlequiin been the only 2 people to help ... plarium support didnt give a shit ... excuse the language ...

Hi there! We've checked you out. The automatic spam detection system erroneously recognized some of your messages as spam. We've unbanned you.

For the future, I strongly suggest refraining from using wrong spelling and over-usage of capital letters while typing messages as it increases the probability of erroneous bans of the similar sort you got. 

I'm sorry for the inconvenience and hope for your understanding. With each processed case of spam ban, the spam detection system learns and improves over time.

Thanks for your help.  My keyboard went out.  My only backup was one with 8 keys stuck.  I adapted and overcame by creating a short code for chat.  The code set off the spam bots.  

Hopefully talking more normally with the new keyboard will help you avoid getting spam banned.

The spam bots are really looking for the weird number and symbol substitutions, since much of our spam comes in like that. :)

There was some good luck to the mess.  I got an almost new Logitech keyboard for 77c at a resale shop.  lol
