Battle Pass

So , the new battle pass arrived, but for now it seems like its not even possible to get all the rewards. The event last for 8 weeks, with 20 points daily and extra 60 points weekly. One level takes 20 points, so you can get 1 level daily + 3 levels weekly, in total over the duration that gives 56 levels from daily challenges and additional 24 levels from weekly challenges, which gives us 80 level if we complete everything , every day. Am i missing something or we actually need to purchase the the more expensive option and play everyday for next 8 weeks to even be able to complete the pass?

It’s another blatant attempt to extort cash. Only those who pay to win will benefit, the rest of us will be second-class citizens. Time to delete my account I think. I Am not going to pay any more . Discrimination is a dirty thing in all shapes and forms.

Excellent question.  One can only assume that the more expensive option is needed in order to complete the pass. Anything else would go against what the game stands for. Question: where does it say that the pass lasts for 8 weeks?

I think the battle pass should be like another mission or challenges.... I don't know why everything has to be about money. Not everybody is rich and its not truly fair.

Regarding duration , both  weekly challenges amount, and the overall timer in top right corner states it has left 7 weeks, 6 days

The Thing is it's never stated how Long it lasts. But even for 8 weeks 28€ (for the Basic pass) is a bit steep. I mean, really? Even games like World-of-Warcraft and similar "only" ask for About 12€ a month. Comparing that even to the Prices of the Basic pass makes it look like a joke. Not to Mention the "premium Version" which is even more expensive. 


I would have not thought twice for 9,99€ and even considered it for 15€. But nearly 30€ for the Basic pass is a bit too much to ask for. 






And of Course, to be "as effective as possible" you Need the Monthly-pass AND the battle-pass. So you have to pay double. We're again not Talking About a pc/ps/whatever tripple-A game with subscription where you can "farm" most of the items ingame and the premium-shop is just on top. We're Talking About a fun game with nice mechanics where already most of the Content is on a "pay to get" Basis. And here the Monthly-fee to be able to actually "use everything" is more than double of what tripple-a games on the pc ask for?


It's a bit mind-boggling….. the pricing sheme is bonkers. sorry. but it is.

Of course its yet another money grab thing to do, of course F2p players are second class citizens in Teleria. As long as you are clear about this nothing will affect you. You have to know this games are not made for free to play because the developers want to make a game for everyone to play, they want people investing money on it because that is the whole point; i don't get why people whine so much about this to be honest.

However in my honest opinion as someone who lives in a country where Dollars is not easily attain,  30$ its a bit too much for a gold pass, if it was 5$ i bet many people will invest on it as a trial to see if it worth it, and not only those gamers with a lot of money to burn you will just invest blindly on some novelty.

Yes, seems like the only way to complete it is by buying the more expensive version. Bad (or just greedy) design. I would have bought the basic pass if it would have been completable, but now I keep my money and add the battle pass design to the list of reasons why I should stop playing thing whale catcher game altogether.

well the first bar is twice as long compared to all other levels so if we use logic after the first bar its 10 points a level instead of 20? guess we can see tommorow for sure but that would make more sense to me.

I do not have a problem with "the more you pay, the more you get" but as usual for this company the price points are wrong.  $14.99 for regular gold and $29.99 for the enhanced would have been the way to go.  This is just too much.

the thing that really bothers me, is that it sounds like there will be stuff hidden behind a paywall now. As in, you can only get this stuff by forking out.


If anything, they are pissing people off and making those that might make a small purchase once in a while say "eff you" and leave.

5 bucks for a monthly pass is fair, especially when you are already dinging your players for the raid card, and shoving ads for even more junk at every login. 1 step forward, 10 steps back should be plariums slogan.

i can only see the battlepass now so i guess you get the raid card ontop of the battlepass bonuses until the last month of the raid card is out. 


can confirm the long bars is 20 points and the short bars is 10 points. should be more then possibly to do all levels with the cheap version.

trying to say is that me that did not have an active raid card open cannot buy it anymore in the store and i do not see the buff. i can only see bonus xp buff and battlepass buff icon the orange looking raid card buff is gone. I can see owners with the raidpass have the buff still. 


so it seems they removed raidcard for battlepass but players get to keep the raidcard buff until its gametime period runs out. 


so if there baked into each other. its like what 10 usd for a raidpass that means its 15 usd for the battlepass


they should have considered keeping them seperated so people can enjoy the battlepass content for 15 usd instead of 25 usd  with forced raidpass.

I guess it is decision time for f2p players like me (besides small payments once and a while). I can't blame Plarium for trying to make money and if people want to pay for it, it is probably worth the price. I'm not sure if "reasonable" is even a word in capitalism lol

I never payed for the raid-card, but it is still there

It isn't "trying to make money", it is a scam. Battle passes in PC games cost around 10-15$ and you have more content in them than here.

This is absolutely disgusting. Game has absolutely has gone full pay to win. I actually bought the battle pass despite being poor, and now I read that I won't even be able to get all of the levels. Plus, people can just buy all levels upfront without even playing/earning anything? Jesus.

no he thought every level needed 20 points but only a few of them is. The majority needs 10 points for a level so hes calculation is off
