This issue still occurs and it's both on pc (win 20)and my android (samsung note 20 ultra)
I've logged off,rebooted,Reinstalled game,(both pc and cell,)and it just insists to pop up and mock me :(
/you have failed enabling Notifications. You fail at life.

Obviously I'm kidding but like everyone else has stated.... It's extremely frustrating that something simple is causing so much grief!
I feel that you folks should compensate with legendary's and pizza!

I just saw that a 2.30 version update came on tuesday, and with installing it, the notification achievement was done instantly.
