I wouldn't think much of a upgrade if you are already hitting cap on his a2 whichever blessing you go
A1 is a tinkle in Chimera
Added roughly 200k to his A2s, so a sizeable boost honestly.

I use Karange frequqently in arena, mostly as speed lead. Dont underestimate his spreading debuffs in form 1. I've had fights where first turn he places block passives on everyone, and then I've won.
But he also deals insane amounts of damage on my hydra hard team.
In his form 2, with someone giving him an acc buff, he hits super hard, and a 50% chance to counter attack every time anyone on your team gets hit is massive
And thats without any souls for him

iI generally have him paired with horsey for live arena, who gives acc buff and buff strips right before karnage goes
Edit: he self heals on form 2 a1 & a3, so he keeps himself healthy all the time despite squishiness, but reflect damage is a killer
Horsey is on my NM hydra team, so for Hard i have Ugir giving him acc and attack buffs

Hes quite good in arena now with all the ridiculous passives. Also a pretty good Hydra DPS option.
