Hell yah I am in on this one. If the mult's are good this guy will work excellent with my Michinaki. Although that may mess up his rotation with the passive. But I think if you start this guy with his A3 and Mich follow up with his A2, it would work just fine and then they could keep hex up 100% of the time.
first of all you can look at a potiential nuker and she if the abilities flow, but
You can not realy judgea nuker without base stats or multipers.
there are countless champs in the game that look great on paper but mutiplers are awfull so the champ sucks.
I have a hard time seeing how anyone can realyy judge this fusion until base stats and multipers are released, otherwise your just per speculation
The "spoiler" is the conditional A2. Pretty much all the other champs that have big multipliers do so because their second hit is not guaranteed, and Plarium have somehow decided that balancing around a conditional 2nd hit isn't necessary, even when that second hit is all but guaranteed.
Now, I'll give you that only the main target is hit twice with this A2, but for arena especially, that seems like a very effective removal - ignore shield, hit twice, self-ATK up, and ignore 15% DEF.

Maybe but even with the 40% increase to turn meter, it probably means that the other team will get some turns in between his A3 and A2. If he can nuke my first responsibility against this guy would be to either lock him down after his A3 or cleanse my team.
I think the A3 may hit hard enough on its own though....
I do think this guy will just sit and nuke spiders.

You won't get two turns with him. The idea isn't to use him as your hexer AND nuker. The idea is to bring someone else on the team to do the hexing (eg Mithrala for example).
Now, will that make him useful enough to take the place of someone like, say, Hephraak? We'll see, based on the multipliers.

In Hydra I'll definitely be trying to use him as both. Maybe you can get by with someone in Cursed but I don't want to waste slots just to get Hex in, i.e. with Mithrala.
I'd be doubtful of him reaching a Hephraak tier nuker in arena now given the state of Stoneskin/Poly/etc.

Yeah sry, I meant in arena you won't be using him to do both. For Hydra, sure, that's another story - but for Hydra, the space he occupies is pretty crowded, so we'll see if there's room for him.

Single Target on that A2 rather than AoE is a little rough though.
Or perhaps if he could profitably interact with stoneskin, IDK.

My ability to poly has made facing Heph pretty irrelevant. I sheep him and then kill someone with Fenax. When he pops out, I kill him. A lot of people run a WuKong, Heph team which makes perfect sense by my team is built to kill that team easy.
All that aside, even with Heph you have to get rid of their stoneskin before he is going to kill someone. And would think that this new guy would work just as well with a Madam serris. I am actually thinking him with Michanaki would be a great team because Mich could remove buffs and hex them and then this guy comes in and finishes the job. I just wish there was a decrease defense in the mix.
