Here are some potential team comps to consider:
On Offense,
(1) I typically run a Tormin Def/Res Tank against Speed Boost Teams. Teams with two boosters/buffers are extra susceptible. I also bring a burner because it makes Tormin go crazy.
Lydia (Aura), Tyrant (Shield Set), Drexthar, Tormin: Lydia A2, Tyrant A2, Drexthar A2, Tormin A1. Run this team against the fastest team the opponent has unless they have obvious debuff protection with their likely lead (such as Siphi, Duchess, Elva).
(2) Arbiter (Aura), Madame, Armanz, Pick a Nuker that is well-built. Run this team against their medium speed team or their tank. Don't try to win the speed battle unless you are sure you can regularly go first.
(3) You could build Longbeard and run a Blender comp with Gorgorab, Longbeard, Skullcrown & Sinesha.
(4) WuKong (Aura), Mithrala, Kimi, Visix for Control or Hephraak for Damage. Turn Order: Kimi A3, Mithrala A2, Hephraak A3-A2, WuKong A2. Or Kimi A3, Mithrala A2, WuKong A3, Visix A3. These turn orders give WuKong both Inc Acc & Inc Atk, which shoud make him sufficiently dangerous.
Defense
(1) You could run the Tormin Tank from #1 above. I ran that team on Defense for a long time.
(2) Mortu (Stoneskin), Riho, Goffred, Emic. The idea here is to keep Mortu alive long enough to let Peril do the work for you....
(3) Armanz (Aura), Oella (Or Mausoleum Mage) Seeker, Ronda. Oella A3 or Mausolem Mage A2, Seeker A2, Armanz A2-A3, Ronda A3.
(4) Unless you have a block debuff toon faster than your Arbiter, I would be hesitant to run an Arbiter speed team on defense since everyone has a Tormin now....unless Tormin has not become an ever-present menace in Silver???

1st team Mausoleum mage has the highest speed 343 going into seeker 321 then armanz 248 and ronda 240
2nd team is everyone in 1 turn stoneskin, Serris fastest 267 to strip, going into lydia 254 to debuff, then artak 248 with fire and tormin 201 with cold
3rd team is mortu in 2 turn stoneskin , hephraak in 1 turn stoneskin in case someone kills wukong, mithrala is there to provide increase attack mainly, and the other benefits shes known for, now just wait and see xD

Final thought for today: Do you have any gear or glyphs to boost CD & RES?
The team comps are solid for your roster, but 826K is not very scary. Power Level is impacted most by CD & Res, so if you can boost those two stats, maybe you can get closer to 1M.
The scarier you look, the less people will fight you. It is great when your Defense wins some battles, but better yet when no one fights you at all.

I'd replace gorgorab, maus mage, seeker, artak, serris. Not sure with who, but as a whole that picture just says attack me.
Move mortu to team 2. At least all 3 teams have something that needs to be accounted for
I hate arbiter on defense, but still more of a dterrent probably than at least one of those

Team #1: Unless your Seeker has a stronger build than your Arbiter, there is no reason not to use Arbiter in Team #1, but I would certainly keep a block buffs toon as first mover if you are going to use TM Boost and/or Buffs on Defense w/o Stoneskin or Untouchable/Immunity. Otherwise, you are low-hanging fruit for Tormin Teams.
Team #2: Artak can certainly take on the burn duties, but the reason I suggested Tyrant was the combo of Burn, Ally Protection & Inc Def. I run mine in a Shield Set and he offers tremendous Tank Support. Bolster would be even better.

I partner Dreng with my Tormin. It's very effective. Absolutely love it when nuker kills themselves on Dreng's passive :)
I mean, all of these teams are sitting ducks on defense. But, defense teams are rarely scary, especially at the lower ranks.
Yes. Technically every defense is a sitting duck. But throwing pve champs, mid epics, brimstone champs.... all just say hit me. At least scyl wasn't in there lol.
Yeah for sure. If I see Gorg or Seeker or someone like that, I know it's an easy win. Same for if I see people that are very obviously not arena Lego champs. Even someone like Ronda is often a giveaway as being a sub-par team, because usually it means they don't have anyone better than the free champ they got - not that she's necessarily bad, just that usually people who are building serious teams have better choices (Hephraak, Candy, etc).
I changed my team 2 from the burn/cold synergy to something less rng i think, just arbiter giving increase atk, going into serris strip, then goffred will stun and robar will hit with a3, the a3 hits 50% harder i understand if enemy is CCd (stun), so i hope that will scare off people more than random artak
