Sure - but the other half of my suggestion would handle that. Capping turn count at 300 means your fight is only a fifth the duration it usually is.
Honestly I feel like it's the first time I've really seen the idea. I'm definitely going to pass it along as it's a change along a different axis then we normally see.
Reducing the turn limit is a very different suggestion than "Eliminating Clash" or "Hard capping damage" etc
