I'm debating the latter half... seems if I think the champ was worth getting so is the soul even if I go to 0 shards.... hmm
technically haven't yet, but i will be. i'm about 9k short of the soul and i'm waiting until the last day of the event to see what resources i can scrape together between now and then.
Soul as well? Or just the champ. I think my use will be for FK hard since I don't have a team and only elsewhere if that build fits... guessing the soul less important if just fk?

This is my dilemna also. Getting the 5* blessing will leave me very low on shards. I will use him mostly for Hydra. He will be in FK also since I dont have a hard team yet.
Padraig claimed. 10 Primals, 10 Ancients & every soulstone I had saved, including selling a bunch of awakenings from the inventory to get a few more of the Eternals.
Nothing useful from the Shards, but did upgrade my Siphi from 3s awakened to 5s, and pulled a 2s for Padraig, which is nice because I am not doing 74k more for his 5s awakening.

Hes quite good, Soul is too deep an investment though for a champ that won't benefit a ton from it.

The shards I wont use on his soul will be enough to complete a fusion on a better champ. It is difficult to be patient in this game but it pays off in the long run.

That's the name of the game for sure. Resource management is massive if you're not whaling out.
