I guess. When it comes to Stone Skin, WuKong would be better. Not only does he get rid of it but he steals it. I personally don't run into too many people running Lightening Cage but if people are consistently using that at higher levels that may be useful. I am not sure if it is worth losing a slot over though...
Not true. Stoneskin resists buff removal at 50% rate, and Lightning Cage does the same. Neither prevent buff duration reduction.
It's a difference of Poly though. Reducing duration doesn't activate Poly.

Still no announcement of the schedule of the fusion event. Thought 7.6 Event information improvements were supposed to help with the shitty you won't know about the event till after it starts for some of them that there was going. It starts tomorrow according to the news post yesterday on the 24th. Yet still no information about the events. We look in the event tab what is there? Nothing upcoming just his FK and Sand Devil the current on going ones. Guess we can assume Spider is the first part of the fragments? Since "Halloween Super Raid" for in 13 hours has Spider icon on it?
0/10 raid still doesn't even give on announced week long event information with the new patch even with less than 24 hours before the event starts. Watch the super raid start and then they like 6 hours later they remember to turn on the fragment stuff. Remember that there was another like that a month or so ago the stuff went live at like 4am for the fragments, then wasn't till like 9am my time we could start getting points and then they finally announced it at like noon after it had already been going.

Not really. He's quite useless for CB, as you really do *not* want people who have TM-boosting effects, not to mention he brings no useful debuffs, nor useful buffs.

The gift is knowing now you have the pair that can be used together lol.
Since it is said she is given out in a Festival of Frights activity she might be during the x10 Boost, a tournament reward for 1 of the 100 people in the tournament, or a guaranteed with X amount of shards. But the guarantee and such won't be during a chase or summon event though because that would be too nice of them to do.
The pair is actually quite strong, but this fusion is silly. I mean I'll get it anyway, but needing to do both summon rush and champ chase for a champ of questionable value? Even if they do make it so one or both of them is split into two (eg 5 + 10), it still means that you have to do every other event/tourney. And if you do both, you can only skip two, instead of the usual three or more.

It is my understanding that Stoneskin DOES interact with duration reduction. I have tested it, have had others on the team test it, had some CCs test it.... There is a 50% chance for the Stoneskin buff to prevent duration reduction.
I have put it to Plarium to check my work though, and will let you know though if Plarium tells me it works differently than observed, or if Timit happens to work differently.
I like how the fusion events give Titan points - it felt impossible for me to get them in the previous week's events as they seemed aimed at endgame players only, but the fusion events I can do so I'm likely to get at least a 3* soul for Wukong. No idea if 4* is possible, but I'm just happy not to get left out. :)
Cue all the forthcoming complaints about the UDK+4* Wuking defences in the arena. :)

I noticed that also and I was half tempted to jump in to start collecting but I think I will hold off. I got my 2* which is good enough for now. I mean how well do I have to build him out to go up against a single Arbiter anyway.

Yes, Kram is wrong.
Stoneskin prevents buff duration changes 50% of the time. But since he was so confident it was otherwise I didn't want to just say it then be argued with, I went ahead and double checked, and had the CCs double check, and confirmed with Plarium.
In retrospect it would be kind of nuts for Debuff reduction to completely ignore the Stone Skin 50% mechanic.
It perhaps would've been even crazier for it to think it could have flown under the radar for so long when that definitely would've been talked about more via CC videos (thinking Saph in particular) and we'd probably have seen more accuracy heavy Arbiters in the Stone Skin meta since reduction ignores sheep.
I may do this fusion. I want some Titan points and some of the rewards. I can do the fusion for about the same amount of resources and get another vault champ.
