^^ all my teams one key on auto i was manualling but have gone back to auto runs.
Anyway tactics for me depend on the difficulty. And generally i dont follow the accepted wisdom with accuracy down etc. If i did proper tactics i would probably score a lot more but - that would be too much effort :)
On normal i just bully the run, so go all out for quick damage and forget everything else except for an emergency resurrect and veil, you can do a lot of damage with the heads dead- i imagine with a second yumeko i could do some silly numbers but that isnt likely to happen and its good enough.
On brutal and hard you can still bully it a bit - but i do think more about speed, and also want to have some veiling and a resurrect and cleanse as well, i also want to remove/block buffs . So i have ukko to remove and block buffs, razelvarg to speed boost and a cleanser in the group as well as aoe damage reduction and a reviver (duchess also veils). I am building korugar to see if he is better than mithrala for this.
On nightmare speed becomes a real issue, as does the ability to veil so i include someone to move the turnmeter (lady kimi). Max hp damage becomes a great idea as well so i put in gnut, gnut is great for quickly freeing consumed allies as well as bash hits so damned hard. Marichka is there to cleanse and heal.
Saph from HH did a video about a month ago covering this. Sure they won't mind me dropping a screenshot - 4 is better (so suggests basically burns are much less value the higher the difficulty whereas max hp is better etc):
This means the value of nukers declines as the difficulty increases?
The general rule of thumb is that you don't want to bring someone who only does one thing. Most healers do nothing else but heal, so they're generally to be avoided.
Most of the ones you do want to bring tend to have healing as a secondary benefit. For example, people use Duchess, not because of the buffs and healing she provides, but because of the Perfect Veil, allowing them to avoid Torment. Similarly, people use Uugo for her block buffs and DEF down, not for the healing.
Leech, on the other hand, tends to be there on lots of champs whose main role isn't healing at all. Nekmo Thaar, for example, does Leech, yes, but he also does ... well, everything else. Similarly, Razelvarg brings Leech, but he also brings SPD up and ACC up.

Depends on your definition of a nuker. Straight damage nukers, yeah, their value goes down as difficulty increases, mainly because Max-HP nukers' value goes up.
But, as in my previous post, you generally need people to do more than one thing. It's hard to fit someone on a team when they only bring damage. That's why Husk is so good - he does the Max-HP damage, but he also brings Provoke on his A1, so you can use him as a backup provoker. Same for Gnut - his A3 does a pile of damage, but he also brings two useful debuffs on his A2.

I need to build a database to manage all the possibilities.

There's a lot with Hydra. The way we handle it in my cluster is work with people's individual roster to come up with a solid NM team that allows people to build out Brutal and Hard teams after. So that's an option here too, if people are looking for some options as to what is specifically their best team.

I am 76 now, so my memory is not as good as it once was. With a database I can easily review skills and stats. I want to build hydra teams without others choosing them for me. But, I still need a lot of advice about champs, skills and gear that work the best in each hydra level. It doesnt help that I am a perfectionist and dont like losing while learning.
