It took me well over a year to get a Coldheart so I fell you. 

calendar year 2021 I pulled a single leggo,  disapointing dup visix.

calender year 2022 I pulled a single leggo, disappointing dup Angar.

so far this year I've pulled Hegemon and Siphi.

I have 15 void leggos and only 4 I obtained only through sahards, other than dups.  The other 11 either fusions, hydra, missions, pass, tournaments, etc.

so they are available.

Void champs are intentionally rare. C'est la vie. Blame capitalism.

Putting aside the freebies, I've got Inithwe (use on one of my tag/live arena teams), Cruetraxa (pretty much unused now, though I used for a while in FK), Raglin (completely unused now, though again used for a while in various places), Tormin (completely unused), and Angar (completely unused and unleveled).

So, five in total, over about three years, and only one being used. Like I said - c'est la vie.

Not sure why you are having trouble getting Epic champions. I have been playing less than a year, and already have 12 Legendary champions, and 65 Epic Champions. Not even going to try and cound Rare Champions.

He's specifically talking about void champions. If you've been playing less than a year and have 12 void legos and 65 epic legos, then I'd suggest you go and immediately buy some lottery tickets :) That, or see a therapist about your spending problems ...

Void shards were bad for me until last month .. Cardiel and Riho alongside few epics .. But that was just luck and rng at play , with the same rate as ancient shard , i fully expect nothing from them when i do open some . 

Cardiel and Riho are a great couple of voids to have for sure. So at least there's that. :D

You can see how long I've been around, my forum start date is displayed here. I have pulled 7 void champs from shards in total. And my dupes Yakarls and Cruetraxa and Angar sit totally on the sidelines as far as these are concerned. Not even using in FW.

Can't complain too much since I've got Yumeko and she's awesome.

Thats the point , void shard are fine , expectation of them arent in line :P I always treated void shards has worth more than ancient pts :P 

The summon chance are good or bad , its all luck :P

And cardiel and riho arent great , they godlike for my account :P pushing FW and many other areas

My Tormin is practically guaranteed to be banned when I add him.  But I only do so on certain comps.

Tormin ....MEH never  ever  had a problem with him  in arena (easy kill)

Oh and to the MOD post....look at my start date.....really does not mean much to be honest

Not actively, no, but I do dabble occasionally, and my current team works well enough (>70% WR).

Ramantu/Hephraak are always first two, next two are generally Nogdar and Kymar, and last one is usually either Inithwe or Shemnath, depending on whether I need more buff removers. All stoneskin lightning cage except for Nogdar.

the bit about start dates has some relevance to it, but not for the reason priest and OP think. 

I would surmise more serious players - including f2p - rack up not only more opportunities to open voids through efficient grinding, but put them to much better use.
