Seems pointless and like another desperate attempt to avoid admitting that the incinerate blessing is a complete failure. I don't see this budging the meta, or even making it sway slightly. You'd still need a whole setup just for HP burn and then pray that you're fast enough, accurate enough, that the enemy is all decked out in stone skin and that they don't have any type of cleansing skill on their side. I don't see that risk/reward calculation working out.
So, natively HPBurn is 5% hp per tick. 5x makes it 25%. Combine with the blessing at 5* and you're at 50%. Means two ticks will kill anyone in stoneskin.
Remember that you don't need to land the hpburn on the person who has the high resist. EG if you are against a Duchess in Stoneskin, just land the burn on two others on the team and that's a dead reviver.
This type of fix on a fail of game part is very dangerous. 500% plus ? If someone made a wrong step specially here , creating bad blessing types which is unusable at PvP. Slap to player faces here, we made it we create a ridiculous strong "god" stuff, instead of forgetting the nonsense that they had invented. Next time the resist/accuracy checking buff will be 2000% percentage at polymorph?

Maybe a fast Artak in relentless could make this work. A3, take extra turn, A2 activation on everyone.... Will that be enough? I wonder :P

3% per tick.
I have been finding Drex more and more effective on my arena teams. He is so hard to kill and I come up against teams designed to lock me down so I cannot attack but their team is squishy. Their team basically just sits there and kills itself while I throw out an accasional attack and keep my team alive.
I am sure at higher levels this wouldn't work but in Silver III in Live it seems to work ok.
SHEEP & HP BURN POST CHANGE IS IT ENOUGH?
Seems too me, we still have two useless "PvP" blessing. HP Burn damage increased up 500% but zero results.
How tested this dear Plarium ? This would be the new Stoneskin counter when, the Stoneskinn accessories coming which will surely destroy the only one Stoneskin counter aka. bomb teams.
What is the plan for the two useless, Poison and Hp burn blessing??? They just exist to look nice on the monitor screen? Or Plarium will increase the damage percentage to 10000000%, step by step until they manage to achieve something little success?
It might find a use at the top end.
Its vulnerable to the same strategy as bombs, block debuffs and cleanse.
I think i am the only person who didnt think stoneskin a big issue, its sheep i hated with a passion.
Although trips is joking, i am considering building a super quick dreng now.
Dreng, burning down the house in G4 as we speak!!!
Rotos, famous Harima slayer
Harima the just alone there ? Your eyes...
I bet , there was not many stoneskin was after Ukko movements, and Dreng can hit hard without HP Burn too. And bet too, Siphi with Rotos supercombo there is they key , not Dreng. 80% nuker there make more damage.
And that sure when see someone on the damage points. Siphi started the match, was not a big fight maybe two round and maybe just Harima had Stoneskin what removed Ukko instantly or just was just 1 turn long. But there sure was Rotos the star. This type of group for me maybe 4-8 sec with auto.
