I have the same issue from several different devices. 

Same here in California. Game won't load. 

So safe to say a North America issue then

Yep down for me also. I think that the only fair compensation for this is that everyone affected gets a free 3 Acrizia champions.

Yep, definitely affected here as well, in the southeast of the USA.

I was worried about a fix to the new champion also. I hope not because I highly doubt that the thoughts are, "we need to buff this guy". 

everyone I talked to says the new champion is BOSS

so would not surprise me if  its a hotfix to debuff or correct something unintended about trhe champion

Its a cloudfare problem. Cloudflare is a company that helps makes websites and games appear to be locally available. This is one of those technical things that sounds simple but is extremely difficult to pull off seemlessly. 

Right now I'd hate to be a Cloudflare engineer working on bringing up the inner web of Content Distribution Network (CDNs) up and running.

According to Cloudflare's status page most of their sites are up (including the ones close to me).  It would be nice to hear more from the Plarium/Raid team on this.
