What masteries do you have chosen for your champs? Often the problem is here, Cycle of Magic or similar masteries destroy the turn order.

I have Cycle of Magic for Ninja and Fu Shan.  That's the only one that affects skills cooldown or speed for them.  Should I get rid of Spirit of Haste?  If block damage is working, my allies should never die.  What about Evil Eye?  With CB immune to turn meter manipulation, it should't really have an affect on anything, right? 

Evil Eye and Spirit of Haste should have no effect. CB is immune to the first, and Spirit of Haste can only activate if the unkillable fails, so it can't be the cause for a missed run.

Be aware that lasting gifts may surprisingly have negative effect, because the number of buffs is taken into consideration for the CB chosing his stun target.

Are you sure your speeds aren't to fast? Myth Fu at Deadwood Jedi's website.

You need to finish setting their AI.  Demytha needs A3 set as 1st choice and A2 set as 2nd choice.  Heiress needs her A2 set as 1st choice.

Both of them like to randomly not use their skills on cooldown.

Skadi my speeds are in the screenshots.  Heiress and Fu Shan are 1 speed off, but that should be close enough.

Okay, I fixed the AI to set Demytha A3 and Heiress A2 to default and that didn't work.  I'll have get the speeds exact.  If anyone has any other ideas, I'm open to suggestions.

Edit: Oops, I forgot to set Demytha A2 to 2.  I'll fix that and speeds and hopefully that works.

You set A3 as 1st choice, A2 as 2nd choice for Demytha, and Heiress A2 as first choice? 

Are the true speeds accurate?

The true speeds are shown in my screen shots up top.  Fu Shan is off by 1 and Heiress is off by 1.  I thought that would be close enough.  Apparently not.  Forgot to set Demytha A2 as second choice.  Going to fix speeds and A2 and try again later.

Def try getting the AI settings right before doing anything else :)

And just double checking: you've put in sets, lore of steel where applicable for those champs?

I run the same team and you absoloutely have to set priorities on the ai.

I took the true speed straight off the game, where masteries and sets are included.

Lemme know if that doesn't fix it and I'll do an actual full lookover.

Okay, so thank you @dthorne04 , @ShortOnSkillz , @Trevor Wilson , and @Skadi .  I think I mixed the speeds of the two different Ninja variations on DWJ.  It's going to take some redoing.  Dissapointing that I screwed it up this bad.  I've been working on it for over a month now.  

Nope numbers are good.  Maybe I should try the other Ninja Variation.  This one just isn't working.  And I can't figure out what's wrong. Maybe I need to slow Fu Shan down, he is going before the CB after Demytha is blocking damage.

Did you have to modify the speeds?  My Fu Shan and Heiress keep going between Demytha and CB
