It's a "numbers game" people... that's all it is! They're not going to please everyone, and they know that. A majority of people will try and fail, but only a fraction of them will actually pay into the game in their efforts, and that's enough to pay their pockets and keep the game operational! It's honestly NO different than Gambling! You pay a huge portion into a game of chance, looking for the thrill of an exciting payout! 

It's no different than the "Numbers Game" Telemarketers (Telephone sales) people play, when they call 10 K potential customers a day, and a majority of them say F.No, GFYS, or F.O. (short acronyms to explicit phrasses!), etc etc... but their is a portion who will give their attention and consideration to the sales pitch, and only a fraction of those will say yes and pay into the telemarketing sales scheme, whether it's a legit for fraudulant scheme, but in all those similar scenarios... the most common theme is, the small portion who buy in, fund the providers enough as a whole the operation keeps going! And it all works... because of intense numbers!! 

Numbers work. That's all there is to it. As a community, we either choose to play the numbers game for the simple thrill of something exciting... or we go somewhere else to spend our time and money for a thrill. I recently bought a package and accepted the fact, even though it come with Sacreds, Voids and Ancient shards, I will not receive a Legendary! Lower your bar of standard! That's the only way to play this and enjoy it! Lower your bar of expectations, and expect nothing, and than enjoy what you get! Or go to the casino, and see how that works out! 

FOR CONTEXT... This coming from a Raider who is coming up on his 5 mo, and only has UDK and Ronda for Legendaries, and tried to work through two previous Fusions, Gnishak and Pythion, but failed. Watching my new Raid summary video they gave me, I have pulled 167 Rares, 19 Epics, and of course 0 Legendaries! I was almost to a point within last month, to say no more and walk away. But i've sense decided, where else am I going to go and play a game? I've tried the Star trek fleet command, the PvZ Heroes, Clash clans, Rise of Kingdom something... i've played a lot of mobile games, and their is NOTHING LIKE Raid SL! 

PLUS, I've enough levels on UDK now, he's 3-4 from MAx books, and they just gave us 4 NEW Legendary Tomes FREE? And another Exp Barrel?? I have plenty of food on stand by, for the up and coming Fusion for Supreme Elhain, that even if I don't get her (I'm a try like HELL to), I'll have fed UDK another, and maxed his skills, and than instantly made him L60 to accompany Elhain L60, and Aniri L60, and all three will be max books, and masteries!! WHAT'S NOT TO LOVE? 

If your struggling, like most of us do in the early onset of the game? You have to choose to hang in there, or Don't! Keep in mind, every other game out there is no different! Or find entertainment somewhere... whereever it is, it's a cheap thrill for a pretty penny, just what ever you do... don't set your expectations so high! Lower your standards, and enjoy what you get! That's all!!
