I'm right there with you bud. I sure I'm not suggesting anything you haven't tried yet but my suggestion is. make you Def teams annoyingly tank impossible to kill but impossible for them to kill the other teams two AOE revivers with different affinities so its hard to counter with speed. Dutchess with Pithion. The pig with Arbiter if you have a fast rector/wither with a strong ally protec or shield like mithralla peopl will just ignore you. Don't use a speed team on def a strong go second nuke like Staltus make it an easy choice. Just my thoughts. just Switched to this strat this week have only been fought twice. 

I'm in the same place, s3/4.  And my next mission is to get into gold.  I'm not focusing on it at all right now, but it is tough.  I know I have the champs but gear is still lacking.  I'm not very good/diligent about building good teams.  It's on my radar but I'm very close to Lydia so gonna do that first.

Ya I would focus on Lydia first, she will help out in tag as well.

I'm on the final stretch of missions for ramantu, I do have a bunch of road blocks like getting tournament points, and clearing all the doom tower hard secret rooms, and i think there was one for using 200 or 300 keys in doom tower.

Aside from the secret rooms, which I can just build champions for there is just some waiting and the real roadblock is the g1 tag arena.

Still no, Mithrala ? She is a good debuff cleanser and debuffer with his A2  skill, in go2nd teams. Use it. And forget speed team in defense teams. In gold 3v3  leagues mostly team is Go2nd teams and many many team has stone skin setups, simple speed setups not working there.

I've got Mithrala, and my third team is stoneskin and only my arbiter team is a speed nuke team.

When looking for enemy for your attack teams the speed setup is fine, but in defense an easy kill. Those teams has high res, with stone skins, big shields etc. Your nuker wont kill them and your team after enemy turns die fast. The speed not enough.

Changing all your blessings, and adding some new sheep alone will get you to g1.

Probably a bolster brogni or stone/immunity mith replacing Lydia on team 2. Same replacing pyth with one of 2 maybe the immunity mith to avoid bomb squads. 

Team 1 is sitting duck on defense, who are other nuke options to pair with duch.

Surprised u lose 100pct at 350+, but I rarely arbiter speed race and i am slower than u in g3/g4. Use your arbiter team against slower teams, lol... pro tip

Ya team one I'm running brogni in bolster, dutchess in swift parry, and Gaius in stone skin. It is probably my weakest team.

Team 2 is a standard speed team nothing special, I try to run it into anyone opening with buffs and stopped fighting other arb teams at this point with it.

Team 3 everyone is in stone skin except ukko who I run in hydra.

I didn't think about the stupid sheep blessings, I think I can reset for free and get some of those on.

Usually have enough food stocked to six star 5-8 champs, only enough Lego books to book out 2 Legos, endless epic books tho. I'm also bad and just gem masteries.

I dont think you can run a speed nuke team without a gimmick or a trick personally anymore, or without a lockout by yumeko or warlord. 

You have cupidus and venus, i find those paired to be incredibly annoying teams.

You also have nehkret, and gaius, i find go second teams based on gaius good too.

And a rotos, rotos is still great, a team focussed on keeping him alive maybe.

Nekhert is already built, I just can't get my res and hp to where I really want it atm.

So maybe a team with duchess, nekhert, rotos, and Mithrala maybe?

I think build is fine, with duchess and any other 2 that's one team.  With cup/ven and your speed team not sure how u can't beat 5/10 every refresh in silver.... you would be competitive in gold...
