100% crit rate, he's void, no weak hits, particulary in spider's den 25, where his turn meter should be totally filled after he burned 8 spiderling's + boss, A2 blocked, he sould play his a1 and have 40% chance to place a weaken then reset of the skills with renegade and when he'll play again to burn everyone, the boss should be on weaken. And in hydra cb it's the same, just doesn't work, 4 critical hits, each should fill the turn meter by 15% !!!! Make him play faster his a2 to heal himself...

Book him 

Hydra ,some of the heads in rotations throw up poison cloud buffs on themselves where you aren't able to crit 

And after playing A3 and HP burn, A1 should be 75 percent chance to weaken. If your game has a real glitch I'd say check your masteries specifically offense tier 1 crit chance if u have 

Or your turn meter is filling just as it should, but your other champions have higher turn meters after skraank plays A3

Maxed up, it's really to the top, fully ascend (purple stars), fully booked, 100% crit rate and 340 accuracy

no masteries for now, as I said, I maxed him up for his job in hydra normal and spider25 and with 100% crit rate on a void champion, it always strike in crit hit

not as it should, 15% fill on each critical hit, if they precised on each for an aoe skill then it should fill the turn meter on each critical hit (4 on hydra so 4*15=60% and in spider's den for the spd I play him, 8 spiderlings+ the boss 9*15% the turn meter should be totally filled

Feedback about him, fully maxed up, would really help otherwise it's a champion who don't really need crit rate, so just a random burner, but void. I really need to know if someone can make him work properly

Skraank's A3 is a typo/worded incorrectly. It fills 15% when it hits for critical, not each critical. 

So yeah, good void HP burner, but lacks the upside you were looking for from the A3, unfortunately. =/

and makes him quite average for a void champion, would have been so nice the turn meter fill for hydra (and spider)

I think leaving a known typo in this long is pretty shitty.  I think they should buff the champ to match the current description instead.
