Usually those kind of issues are due to cooldowns not resetting. This shouldn't matter much at lower stages, but it does become important higher up, and, for newer teams, it could be an issue earlier as well.

It's not a bad habit to learn - essentially, you need to manually avoid having your Ninja/Scyl using their CC moves near the end of a given round, so that they're available for the next one.

On auto, this is usually accomplished by setting the AI to have their CC moves be set as opener + disabled, so that they'll only use them once.
