I want to use fusion or free only though!

If so, I'm starting with Ukko, Dreng, Lydia, Bivald, Geomancer and Tatura and seeing how that goes.

If not, we're going Nekmo, Ukko, Lydia, Bivald, Geomancer and Shamael. That's a solid 1 key NM team.

hate on me if you want to.  But don't hate on me b/c getting lilydrag will take me (literally) no more than 5 minutes beyond daily grinding.  I'll pull him by the halloween '23 fusion I'm sure.

Don't the warmups usually finish before the fusion starts? It's almost as if they forgot amongst the other thrilling content they've put out 😉

I would not be surprised to see that champ chase is no longer a part of fusions, people were saving summons up to finish events without spending so i would not be surprised if they are permenantly left out now to counter that.

I am expecting champ chase to return, but some new wrinkle(s) will be added to cause an uproar.  

I think Mr. Duchess will be an extremely challenging fusion. 

I also hope I am wrong, has to happen eventually ...

New wrinkles seem like a pretty good call.

given that permanantly removing champion chase from fusions would make them significantly easier, i think it's a safe bet that they're not going anywhere.

Not if only 100 fragments were made available, and a 3rd tier is added to summon rush....

it's the replacement making that scenario harder, not the removal. a fragment event with only 100 fragments and 3 tiers of summon rush without a champion chase would still be easier than one with 100 fragments, 3 tiers of summon rush, and a champion chase.

I am going into this expecting the toughest fragment fusion ever given this is the best fusion we've seen.

How that difficulty will present itself is another story... 

I agree, but in terms of time investment required, it is crazy already.

The reason i stopped playing my mmo is because it took too much time and i wanted to play mobile games as a lesser time investment. Now i seem to spend as much time just grinding the basics on raid as i ever did on the mmo.

If the pattern of harder (read more time investment required) fusions etc does emerge then it is time to finally accept the game isnt for me anymore.
