Personally, I'd be willing to give up Cruel to get that speed closer to 200. Just has to be worth it. 😭

It works right now because Krisk usually manages to land provoke (note, this is supposed to be a team countering speed teams, so RES is usually low), and Candy has time under his Veil until Duchess boosts his ATK and Krisk drops their def. I actually have Cruel Speed boots, but substats are trash (flat ATK or RES of something like that). 

I'll look around, maybe try to find Crit DMG set or just mismath for now. Stats over sets, I guess. 

If it is working it's working. So I think I'd keep with it until you start to have trouble. :) Although Krisk and Provoke is much less viable once you progress to the 12 champ Stoneskin meta in Tag, so something to be mindful of as you progress.

For my own nuker builds, I don't bother with Cruel once I've got Savage on. The optimizer doesn't either, can usually find extra damage from using other pieces.

I mostly use Krisk for his initial shield to keep Candy alive. Ignore Defense bonus aside, how much Atk do you think I can afford to sacrifice for speed? I played with some possibilities, but I'm losing nearly 1500 ATK and some CDMG.

That seems a lot to lose. Based on what I can see (and it's very small on my phone lol) that puts you at 4200 Atk and under 250 CD and I'd say that's rapidly approaching wet noodle. You'd certainly feel the loss in stats with every Duchess left standing after an AOE and an A1 

That's what I'm afraid of. I think I'll made do for now. BTW, any idea on the drop rates for greater oils? I just ran 10 multi-battle runs on stage 14 and got 100 lesser oils. After around 1000 energy on that stage alone, I came across greater oil drop twice.
