I don't mean to be condescending, but isn't the description clear enough?

I will try to break the description of said mission as best as I can:

1. You need 4 heroes to be equipped

2. Each with 3 artifacts SETS

3. The artifacts used must be 3* or higher

4. All the artifacts must be level 8 or higher
